Our Cancellation Policy
Safety never waits, and neither do we. We strive to accommodate all schedules here at OC Safety, but the nature of our CPR classes and clientele make it imperative that we stick to ours. Rather than issue refunds for missed classes, we allow attendees to reschedule within 30 days at no extra cost. Please read on to learn more about our cancellation policy, and let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend your previously scheduled class.
Cancellation Policy Details
In an effort to provide the best training, we feel it is important to keep class sizes small. Upon registering, a seat is reserved just for you.
Cancellations or failure to appear will be charged the full amount. The attendee can reschedule 1 time within 30 days at no additional charge.
Due to the nature of our staff being professional Firefighters/Paramedics, unforeseen emergencies may cause classes to be canceled. OC Safety Inc. is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.
If a class is canceled, all students will receive 50% off their rescheduled class
OC Safety Inc. reserves the right to bill the registrant the full course amount if payment is not received on or before the scheduled course date. Full payment must be received within 15 days of invoice.
